Brash Higgins Shiraz 2023 750ml

Brash Higgins Shiraz 2023 750ml is available for wholesale ordering from Paramount Liquor Group.

From 25-year-old Shiraz vines planted on red clay over limestone, this estate-grown wine saw 25% whole bunch during wild fermentation in open vats. After 3 weeks on skins, it was basket pressed and matured for 20 months in French hogsheads (15% new). Brooding and powerful, with black plum, blood orange, paprika and a savoury, rustic core classic Omensetter depth and spice.
