A certified biodynamic co-ferment of 70% Grenache and 30% Mataro from Yangarra Estate, grown on the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs. Picked and fermented together using wild yeast in open vats, the wine was aged for 15 months in seasoned 500L French puncheons.
