Its intense orange-peel character is balanced by herbal bitterness and a warm, spiced finish, adding depth where a standard triple sec would fall flat. A bartender favourite as an amaro-style digestif, in a Picon-style beer serve, and in modern riffs on the Margarita and Manhattan.
