Giffard Cassis Noir de Bourgogne Premium is a French blackcurrant liqueur from the Giffard family house in Angers, Loire Valley (est. 1885), made from delicate Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants and finished with whole cassis buds. Powerful ripe fruit is balanced by wonderful tartness, green bud notes and woody tannins, with a long berry finish. A premium choice for the Kir Royale and El Diablo, or served neat over ice.
