Predominately from vines planted in 2005 with the Shiraz portion from vines planted in 1995. All vines are on sandy soils and single wire trellis. A crisp dry wine style, best consumed when young, pair with spicy foods to refresh the palate.
Colour: Pale rose gold.
Nose: Lifted roses and hibiscus with lemon notes.
Palate: Lively zesty lemony palate accompanied by cranberries and crunchy pink lady apples. It’s refreshing crispness makes it drinkable and slurpable.
Making: Picked early with moderate sweetness levels to ensure bright fresh flavours. Skin contact to impart phenolic texture and colour is part of this dry style of wine, which adds a savoury element
