Los Arcos
Los Arcos is produced in Jalisco, Mexico, using mature agave stocks harvested after a minimum of six years, then distilled using traditional methods. The harvesting of solely mature agave allows soils to regenerate naturally, without the need for pesticides. No diffusers, no additives and no immature agave are used in the production of Los Arcos, yielding a structured, full-flavoured agave profile ideal for mixing quality cocktails and sipping.
La Travesia
This divine agave has been cooked for more than 30 hours in an oven made from quarried limestone. With honey extracted in a proprietary machine and yeasts labouring for seven or more days in pinewood fermenters, comes La Travesia, a mezcal, destined to accompany you on your own crossing. Serious wisps of smoke but has a rich body, perfect for sipping or mixing.
