Dalrymple Vineyards produces small batch wines from their own vineyards in Pipers River and Coal River Valley, and from selected growers’ vineyards in Swansea and Ouse. Dalrymple Vineyards’ intention for each of the chosen sites is to understand the influences of climate and soils on the vines.
The reflective nature of Pinot Noir to its environment makes it one of the most fascinating, challenging and rewarding varieties to work with. This, matched with the diverse regions of Tasmania, saw an opportunity too good for a Pinot Noir maker to ignore.
