Samai Distillerystarted back in 2014, using the highest quality molasses from local sugar cane to produce their rums along with drops of Cambodian honey. A combination of pot and column distillation is used, the pot still giving a rich spirit full of character with the column providing a light rum to blend. The rums are aged in a combination of French oak, American Bourbon barrels and Spanish sherry casks to create a seamless blend of mature flavours.
