Puss and Mew Distillery is proud to introduce you to Distichon Whisky. Named after Hordeum distichon being the scientific name for 2 row barley which is the hero of our products. Distillers Notes: Distichon celebrates the humble two-row barley that began this journey. Using premium Australian Barley, distilled in our beloved Australian-made still, Helen, and nurtured in a first-fill Portuguese Ruby Port cask, this inaugural release is a whisky of provenance, patience and passion.<b
