This Rhum is matured for 14 months in a 190 litre used American Oak before beingfinished in a 225 litre heavily charred cask.This Rhum is using sourced sugar cane from Neisson's own forty hectare sugarcane farm planted in La Carbet which benefits from the towns mineral rich soils due to its proximity to Mount Pele as well as high sunlight exposure and a good fluctuation of rain and temperature variation.
