Mclaren Vale Distillery Maxwell Single Cask / Spiced Mead / Single Malt 70
Mclaren Vale Distillery Maxwell Single Cask / Spiced Mead / Single Malt 70 is available for wholesale ordering from Paramount Liquor Group.
Crafted in collaboration with our neighbours at Maxwell WinesAustralias most iconic mead producersthis single cask release was aged for eight years in an ex-bourbon barrel that had previously held Maxwells spiced mead. Wet-filled with new make spirit in 2017, the cask has imparted a beautifully rich and layered profile that speaks to both distilling and winemaking heritage. On the nose, its bourbon-esque and inviting, with notes of dark honey, toasted coconut, nougat, and macadamia cream.
