Imbue Distillery Rare Damson Gin 700ml
Imbue Distillery Rare Damson Gin 700ml is available for wholesale ordering from Paramount Liquor Group.
The 2024 batch of Damson gin is ready! Locally grown Damson plums have been hand-picked around Melbourne and then steeped in dry gin for 6 months. We then cook the ginny plums into a preserve that is fabulous along-side pates, terrines, a cheese platter or even thickly spread on hot buttered toast! We've added only a tiny amount of sugar to balance the astringency of the fruit but keep their characteristic tart floral flavour. Enjoy neat (or over ice), preferably whilst snuggled
