Grand Talon Rice Whisky, is uniquely made using the finest short-grain rice. By using 700-year-old artisanal methods and distilled using direct-fired pot stills, the pure and delicate spirit is allowed to mature in traditional clay vessels for six years. It is then aged in new French and American oak barrels for three years. Finally, it is finished in fortified rice wine oak barrels from Barossa, South Australia.
