Giffard Piment d'Espelette Premium is a French chilli liqueur from the Giffard family house in Angers, Loire Valley (est. 1885), macerated from the protected-origin Espelette pepper and finished with Martinique rhum agricole and spices. Sweet vegetal notes and fiery chilli are balanced by hints of Madagascan vanilla and smoked black tea. A premium choice for Spicy Margaritas, Bloody Marys and Palomas, or on the rocks as a digestif.
