Using our Trashy Triple Sec as a base we macerate with layers of added citrus, gentian, rhubarb, davidson plum and anise myrtle. It sits somewhere between Campari and Aperol, but with a very distinctive sweet yet bitter Australian twist to the Italian spritz classics. Ingredients: Davidson plum, rhubarb, gentian, hibiscus, lemon, orange, mandarin, finger lime. Suits: a spritz, in place of Aperol or stands out in a Garibaldi.
