Diletto 2021 Westgate Syrah 750ml
Diletto 2021 Westgate Syrah 750ml is available for wholesale ordering from Paramount Liquor Group.
For our first release, we have sourced fruit from Tim Morris Westgate vineyard (planted in 1969) in Armstrong, just outside of the township of Great Western. The continentality of this region, with its warm days and cool nights and its soils of decomposed granite bedrock. Combined with the unique source material, vine age and meticulous management by Tim, make it one of the great sites for Shiraz in Australia.
