Cascina Delle Monache 'sorì Della Monaca' Gavi Di Gavi Docg 750ml

Cascina Delle Monache 'sorì Della Monaca' Gavi Di Gavi Docg 750ml is available for wholesale ordering from Paramount Liquor Group.

The first wine crafted back in 2018, Sor della Monaca comes from a single, sun-exposed vineyard in the heart of Gavi, Piedmont. Made entirely from estate-grown Cortese, the 30-year-old vines sit on classic Cessola marls and sandy soils, bringing purity and mineral tension to the wine. Hand-harvested and cold-macerated before gentle basket pressing, its fermented at cool temperatures and aged on fine lees for five months. The result is a bright, textured Gavi that combines citrus freshness
