Aurum Ruby is our take on a classic red wine - a ruby red wine made from honey and red fruits, also traditionally called a melomel. Byron Bay spring honey is co-fermented with premium fruit - blackcurrant, raspberry, wild blueberry and sour cherry - and aged on skins. A bright translucent ruby red in the glass, the nose is expressive with an exuberant aroma of zingy red berries and juicy sour cherries. Complex, fruity, fresh yet dry, with a lingering honey final note that pleasantly coats
