The spritz, minus the labour
A spritz is three ingredients and about ninety seconds, which is fine right up until forty people want one at once. Then it is a bottle of prosecco to open, an aperitivo to measure, ice, soda, and a citrus wheel somebody had to cut in advance and bin at the end of the night.
Sun’day Spritz is the same drink with all of that taken out. Tatachilla has been a McLaren Vale name since 1867, and this is that name pointed at an Australian afternoon rather than a wine list.
