How marketplace works
Registering
Get started by registering to become a Paramount Marketplace supplier:
Listing
Sellers list products on Marketplace**, available for sale and direct shipping to the customer.
Inventory Management
Sellers manage their own inventory, as well as related content and pricing.
Shopping
Customers shop the Marketplace range, across all listed categories and vendors in one place.
Making Offers
When customers find a product they like, they'll see offers from one or more sellers that they can purchase.
Shipping
Sellers ship their own products directly to the paying customer.
Payment
Payments are processed and deposited into the seller's account every 7 days (minus commission).
Customer Service
Sellers provide customer service management on Marketplace, but Paramount will mediate disputes.
* For any existing suppliers, Paramount will migrate supplier account details & products into Mirakl before registration.
** Any existing Paramount warehouse product cannot be set up via Marketplace.
