Fever-Tree Social Club is that set of serves, put together to go onto a menu as a block rather than be trialled one at a time.
Fever-Tree itself was started in 2005 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow on a straightforward objection: the spirits had got serious and the mixers had not. They went and sourced real quinine instead of the synthetic version and built the range on natural ingredients with no artificial sweeteners. Two decades on, it is why a spritz built on a Fever-Tree soda tastes like a drink rather than a syrup.
