Twenty plus flavours, four jobs

Mineral water. Out of Kyneton, in 250ml, 500ml and 750ml.

Classics. Ginger beer, ginger ale, soda, cola, lemonade. The workhorses, and the ones that decide whether a spirit list holds up.

Tonics. Classic, Dry and Sunset. The Dry Tonic took Platinum and Best of Show at the World Beverage Competition.

Fruit sodas. Blood orange, grapefruit, yuzu, cranberry, charred pineapple. Real fruit, no preservatives, and a non-alc option that isn't an apology.

Native Tonic. Lemon aspen from tropical North Queensland, Tasmanian mountain pepper and Mount Zero salt. Built to season a gin and tonic rather than sweeten it, and it wants an Australian gin next to it.
